Collection: Sakakado Sohonpo

Sakakado Sohonpo is a century-old Nagoya establishment with over 130 years of history . Their shrimp crackers once won third place in a national souvenir competition. They carefully select domestically produced ingredients and use a unique double-firing method developed during the Edo period. They boast that one shrimp cracker is made from seven shrimp, and were presented as tribute to the Tokugawa Ieyasu family. Besides being a must-buy for tourists, their shrimp crackers are also a favorite among local Japanese consumers.
