Order Process
1. Before placing an order, please read our company 's delivery methods , payment methods ,refund policy and points description .
2. Customers who place orders through our company (including online stores/Whapsapp/Facebook orders) will be deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions.
3. If a customer abandons an order once, points will be deducted; if a customer abandons an order without reason more than 3 times, the account will be deactivated without further notice .
4. Regarding food/boxed products: Some food may break/dissolve during SF Express delivery, and no returns or exchanges are available. In addition, The SF Express delivery process may also cause the product packaging to be compressed and broken, and no returns or exchanges are available.
**About Yi Crumbled/Easy to Crush It is safest to pick up rotten food by yourself.
** Regarding chocolate products, the goods are all shipped from Japan to Hong Kong by cold chain, and the shop also keeps the air conditioner on. During the SF Express delivery process, the warehouse/truck may overheat or be left in the sun during delivery, which may cause the chocolate to melt. Therefore, we recommend that you pick up the chocolate in person, or you can arrange SF Express cold delivery service at an additional cost/at your own expense:

5. All fragile and crushable products or food items must be shipped in cartons. If you do not mind crushing them, please inform us and ship them in bags.
6. For parent-child outfits, if one item is out of stock , cancellation of the other item will not be accepted; if some items are out of stock, cancellation of the entire order due to incomplete goods, etc. will not be accepted.
7. The arrival time of the goods may be delayed due to other factors. If the goods are delayed for a short time, we will not notify you individually and no refund will be made. Please be patient.
8. If the goods are delayed by two months than the original schedule, we will notify you and arrange a refund.
9. All purchased products are non-refundable.
