"TULIP ROSE," the signature dessert of Chef Rin Kanai, who trained in pastry making in France, features a crispy pie crust sandwiched between a layer of fresh cream and chocolate, gently encased in a layer of languedoc biscuits. This delicately crafted languedoc biscuit nestles between the tulip and rose, creating a melt-in-your-mouth rose-like bloom of fresh cream and chocolate, a signature Kanai creation.
